He commenced his educational career at Royal Group of Schools in Ile ife, Osun State, before proceeding to Royal Crystal college Ile Ife, Osun State for the completion of his secondary education.
In the pursuit of tertiary education, Mr Olalekan E. Fabayo attended Osun State Polytechnic Iree where he bagged National Diploma (N.D).
Mr Olalekan Fabayo is well known among workers both at the local and National level and he is a respected stakeholder due to his commitment in the broadcasting sector, a friend of workers & youths that love to preach love and Unity around him.
Mr Olalekan Fabayo is a man of vision and mission that is always driven with purpose to achieve great service productive with the leadership instinct he is endowed with to serve his people right.
Mr Olalekan Fabayo is a Journalist at a private media house in the state with years of experiences till date also P.R.O at Yoruba Broadcaster's Association Osun, Chapter Vice Chairman Osun Youth Arise, P.R.O Movement for Good Governance Osun Chapter and also Formal Interim YBA Osun Financial Secretary.
Mr Olalekan Fabayo is humble and a Man of Integrity in response to the Clarion call of the workers & youths.
He whole Heartedly decided to offer himself to fulfill the long time dreams of the workers & Youths in order to make a tangible different in the communities.
As a youth his Visions are:
*To Maintain a Strong Relationship within the People of his Communities.
*Guarantee Regular Developmental Projects in the Area.
*Guarantee Empowerment on Economic Activities to Develop the Communities.
*Focus on the welfare of trades, artisans, students and old people in the communities.
*Focus on the Promotion of Ila Orangun Cultural Heritage.
He care deeply about what is happening in his constituency and he want to be part of the solution to the issues ila state constituency is facing.
This is why Olalekan Fabayo is running for the state house of assembly to make a real difference.
