2019:Ayeni eulogises APC leaders , members in Osun as he clinches ticket to represent Ijesa South Federal Constituency

The candidate of the All Progressive Progressives Congress (APC) for Ijesa South Federal Constituency, Hon Lawrence Babatunde Ayeni has expressed appreciation to party members, particularly the party leaders in Ijesa South Federal Constituency of Osun for considering him worthy to fly the party's flag in the 2019 general election.

Hon Ayeni expressed gratitude to the leadership of the ruling  APC in Osun for the confidence reposed in him, with the assurance that he will not disappoint them.

The foremost philanthropist, and founder L.B Ayeni foundation, Ilesa
also praised everyone who have contributed to his emergence as a 'consensus candidate' for Ijesa South Federal Constituency in the 2019 elections.

A statement issued by the Media Office of Hon Ayeni shortly  after the affirmation of his candidacy, and others  by INEC officials at Ilesa Mega High School yesterday, described the APC leaders ,and members in Ijesa South Federal Constituency as 'worthy and noble people ', whose huge contributions have brought about his emergence as the party flag bearer.

' i expressed my deep appreciation to the ruling APC leadership at all levels in the state,  i am humbled , and promised not to disappoint you all ' said Hon Ayeni.

While appreciating the leadership acumen of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, Hon Ayeni said, having passed through the tutelage of the Governor , he will work in line with the dictate of the party, which according to him ,is good governance and effective representation.

He also thanked God Almighty for His intervention in clinching the ticket , citing the bible account of John 3 : 27 , that 'no man can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven'.

The Chief Amuludun of Ijesaland therefore christened his candidacy as 'God's project (Ise Oluwa 2019), urging people to support all the candidates of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 elections.
