Women are salt of the world as the adage goes. The book of proverbs says that whoever finds a good woman already obtains the mercy of God and the products from such a woman would always find favour before the Father.
It was another moment of joy for the sixteenth Kabiyesi Atewogbeja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipunkun, Laroye II as he turned out a royal naming ceremony for the second son of Olori Adedoyin Kafayat Oyetunji Olanipekun.
With utmost joy, Kabiyesi christened the baby boy who came to this world on Friday 24 /8/2018, 8th days after osun osogbo festival and the 8th Osun Osogbo the Kabiyesi will celebrated on the throne. The baby was named; PRINCE MUHAMMAD - JAMIU (JIMOH) ADEFOKANBALE IREWAMIRI, AKANNI,
"OSUNMUREWA" OMO OYETUNJI.
Oba Muhammed Jamiu (Jimoh) Oyetunji who couldn't hide his joy spoke about the mother of the baby, whom he described as "a loving, hardworking, diligent , down to earth and an organized wife, whom he always delight in".
Kabiyesi said, nothing would be too much for him to spend for the naming ceremony especially as the baby shares same birthday with his him.
"I am Oba Jamiu (Jimoh) Oyetunji Olanipekun. I now have a son whose name is called JAMIU (JIMOH), I thank Almighty Allah".
Reacting to Ataoja's statement,
Olori Kafayat a native of Osogbo said, she wasn't surprised at the kabiyesi's statements. She went further to describe Kabiyesi as her father and not just a husband. Her words: "Kabiyesi is my one and only, my all in all, igileyin ogba mi. He is my teacher, my father in all aspects and my friend. He knows I understand him perfectly and he also understands me, like a baby to her mother. "
She explained why she called Kabiyesi her father. She said kabiyesi and her mother went to the same secondary school, which forms the basis of relationship between her family and the kabiyesi. She also said that the relationship still continues after her mother got married.
Her marriage to Ataoja whom she fondly calls daddy finally cemented the long-term relationship .
She also explained that Kabiyesi is a "teacher" of all.
She said, "what Kabiyesi teaches the Oloris is first, we shouldn't depend on anyone for anything, and that we should believe in our abilities to make things happen. This I appreciate so much. "
In her response to Kabiyesi's attitude towards his children,
she said:
"Kabiyesi's does not joke with his children. Even if you want to get something from him, no matter how difficult that thing maybe, if you hang it on his children's matter, consider that thing done immediately".
While congratulating kabiyesi and Olori Kafayat Oyetunji who is a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations and Nigeria Union of Journalists Local Government Chapter, the newly elected chairman of NIPR Osun State Council, Prince Bisi Popoola and his counterpart, Chairman Nigeria Union Of Journalist's Local Government Chapel Osun State, Comrade Aderinwale Adegboyega described the coming of the new born prince as a thing of immense joy to the families of NIPR and NUJLG in Osun, as the duo pray for the progress and rapid growth of the new born Prince.####
